Our office for NAVANSH INDIA NIDHILIMITED is located out in Village Mator, which is part of the Mundawar area in Alwar. It’s a quiet place compared to the big cities, but there is always something going on in the village. We’ve got our small space here where we manage the local accounts and help out the people who live nearby. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the names of the families and the way things work in the community. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a room with some tables and chairs and a few computers that sometimes act up when the power goes out. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors who walk in. Dealing with money and savings in a village means you have to be honest and straightforward. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, but we just sweep it out and carry on. We handle the daily entries and make sure the books are right. Alwar is a big district but Mundawar has its own rhythm. We follow that. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things twice. People usually come in after they finish their work in the fields or at their own shops. We stay open until the work is done for the day. It’s a basic life here, nothing flashy, just working with what we have in Mator.
