N. D. Footcare Industry

Our facility at N. D. Footcare Industry is located at Khasra No. 4132, right behind the RIICO Industrial Area in Khairthal. Being in the Alwar district, it gets incredibly hot during the summer months, and the industrial area doesn't have much shade. Our building is a large, practical structure designed for making footwear. Inside, it’s quite noisy because of the machines and the cooling fans that we have running constantly. There’s always the smell of rubber and adhesives in the air, which is something you just get used to after a few days. We have a team of workers from around Khairthal who come in every morning to start the production lines. It’s a very focused environment where everyone has their own station and their own part of the shoe to work on. We don’t have any fancy offices; even the management area is just a couple of desks near the main floor so we can see what’s going on. The road behind the RIICO area can be a bit rough, especially for the delivery trucks, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be a high-fashion brand; we just make practical footwear for people who need it. It’s hard, sweaty work, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing the boxes piled up at the end of the shift. We stay focused on the production and try to keep things running as smoothly as possible even when the heat feels like it's too much.
