M/S Indo Alusys Industries Limited, Bhiwadi

Our office is set up in the Kala Kuan Housing Board area in Alwar. We are M/S Indo Alusys Industries Limited, and though the main work happens out in Bhiwadi, this spot at 1/65 is where a lot of the administrative stuff happens. Rajasthan can get incredibly hot in the summer months, so we spend a lot of time just keeping the office cool enough to work. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood compared to the industrial zones. We have been here for a good amount of time, and the locals know the building. There are no big signs or flashing lights. We just have our desks, some files, and the phones. Dealing with aluminum and industrial supplies means there is always something to track or a shipment to check on. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication between here and the factory floors. We don’t really have a fancy reception area. If someone stops by, they usually just walk in and find whoever they need to talk to. The pace is steady. Some days are more hectic when deadlines for the Bhiwadi plant are tight. We try to keep things organized, but it’s a working office, so there are always papers piled up and people talking on several lines at once. It’s just the way we operate. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to. We just focus on the industrial side of things and making sure the day-to-day runs.
