We are over here at 124 Shanti Kunj in Alwar. Metso Minearls India (P) Ltd has been in this spot for a while now. It’s a pretty normal place, nothing fancy to look at when you walk in. The office is usually busy with paperwork and people coming in to talk about minerals and rocks. Most days, we just deal with the local mining stuff around Rajasthan. It gets really hot in Alwar during the summer, so the fans are always going full blast. We have a small team here. Everyone knows each other well. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we manage. People stop by to ask about spare parts or just to check on orders. We spend a lot of time on the phone. The street outside Shanti Kunj is mostly quiet, which is nice for getting work done. We handle some heavy industrial things, so there’s always grease or dust somewhere if you look close enough. It’s not like a big corporate skyscraper. It’s just a practical work space where we keep the logs and track the shipments coming through. We eat lunch together mostly. There’s a tea stall nearby that everyone uses. We’ve got some desks, a few old chairs, and filing cabinets that are getting a bit too full. That is pretty much how things go for us day to day. We stay focused on the work and try to keep things moving along without too much fuss or trouble.
