Lavanaya Mutual Benefit India Nidhi Limited is located at Shop No 2 on Bus Stand Road in Rajgarh. We are right at the Mela Ka Choraha, which is a very busy junction. If you stand outside our door, you can hear the buses pulling in and out and the conductors shouting the names of the next stops. It’s a lively place to be. The shop is small but we’ve made good use of the space. We have a couple of desks pushed against the walls to make room for people to stand and talk. Because we are so close to the bus stand, there is a lot of dust, so we are constantly wiping down the counters. We’ve been in Rajgarh for a while and the location at Mela Ka Choraha is perfect for being seen by anyone passing through. Inside, it's pretty basic. We have some shelves for the registers and a small clock on the wall that ticks quite loudly when it's quiet. We don't have fancy air conditioning, just a good fan that we keep on high speed. The work we do is repetitive but important to us. We handle the paperwork and make sure everything is signed and filed away correctly. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s our job. We know the tea seller next door and the bus drivers who stop by for a quick chat. That’s how life goes here at our shop.
