J.D. Hospital

We are over in Surya Nagar, at A-157. The Jain Mandir is quite close by, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s not as noisy as the main highway. The hospital is a white building with a small gate. We have a little bit of space out front where people park their scooters. Inside, the floors are kept clean, and we have some blue chairs for the visitors. It’s a quiet place most mornings until the consultations start. We have a few fans that hum throughout the day. The staff is mostly local people who live around Surya Nagar. We know the shopkeepers on the corner and the folks who go to the temple. Sometimes we sit out on the small porch for a break. The hospital has been here for a good while, so the walls have a few scuffs and the paint is peeling a little in the corners. We don't worry about it too much as long as everything is functional. We have a big clock on the wall that ticks quite loudly when the room is empty. People come in with their families, and we try to make them feel comfortable while they wait. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. Just us in this building near the temple.
