We are based in Alwar, Rajasthan, right where the old B.S.N.L. folks used to be. It’s a spot that’s easy to find if you’ve lived in Alwar for any length of time. The office has a bit of a history to it, and you can feel that when you walk in. We aren't a brand-new, shiny building. Instead, we have a place that’s seen a lot of people come and go over the years. We handle the banking for a lot of retired government employees and local residents who’ve been in the area forever. It’s a lot of manual work sometimes, checking through old records and making sure the pensions and savings are all in order. We don’t use a lot of fancy words or try to impress anyone. We just sit down with whoever comes in, listen to what they need, and try to find the right form or solution for them. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud and the dust from the Rajasthan roads settles on the windowsills, but that’s just part of life here. We’re just a small group of people working for HDFC Bank, trying to keep things running smoothly for the community in Alwar. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important to the people who rely on us. We take pride in just being a reliable place where you can get your banking done without any unnecessary fuss. Most of us have lived in Alwar our whole lives and we like it that way.
