Ghanshyam Industry

Ghanshyam Industry is located at 1 Matsya Industrial Area Main Road, right near the HP Petrol Pump. Being in an industrial area means things are always loud and a bit dusty. There are trucks moving in and out all day long, especially with the petrol pump being right there. We deal with a lot of manufacturing stuff, so there’s usually the sound of machinery hum in the background. It’s the kind of place where you wear sturdy boots and don't worry too much about getting your hands dirty. The building is large and mostly made of concrete and metal, which keeps it somewhat cool in the mornings. We have a small area partitioned off for the desk work, but most of the action happens out on the main floor. We’ve been in the Matsya area for a good while now, and we’ve seen businesses come and go. We just keep our heads down and focus on the production. Sometimes the supply trucks are late because of the traffic on the main road, and that throws off our whole schedule for the day. We just adjust and keep going. There’s no point in stressing over things you can’t control, like the road conditions or the weather. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We have a tea break at four every day, which is the one thing that never changes.
