Essar Construction India Limited has a presence out in the village of Bharari. We are located in the Kotkasim Tehsil, which is part of the Alwar district in Rajasthan. Our post office is Bagheri Kalan. Working out of a rural area like this is very different from being in a big city. The pace is different, and the challenges are unique. We have a simple office set up here to manage the construction projects in this part of the state. It’s often dusty, and the roads leading to us are a bit bumpy, but it’s where we need to be. The local people in Bharari know us well. We don't have a big fancy office building; it’s more of a functional space that blends in with the surroundings. Inside, we have our logs, some basic equipment, and a place to sit and plan our next steps. It can get very hot in Rajasthan, so we spend a lot of time making sure everyone stays hydrated. We aren't interested in corporate talk or big promises. We just work on the projects we have and try to do them right. Being in Alwar gives us a good connection to the land and the people here. It’s a hard-working environment with no frills. We like the quiet of the village compared to the city. It’s an honest way to run a business, and we've been here for a while.
