Our factory is located at B-482 in the Industrial Area. It’s a place where we make wires. If you walk inside, the first thing you notice is the sound of the machines. It’s a constant hum that we don’t even hear anymore. Making wire is a dirty, noisy process, but it’s what we’ve always done. We have rolls of metal all over the place. The floor isn't exactly spotless, but we know where the hazards are. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny facade. We’re here to produce wire that meets the specs people ask for. The team here is mostly guys who have been doing this for years. We don't have a big human resources department or fancy office perks. We have a tea break, we do the work, and we go home. The industrial area can be a bit rough around the edges, but it suits us. We handle a lot of weight every day, moving those heavy spools around. It takes a bit of muscle and a lot of patience. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it. That’s just how it goes. We don't make big promises; we just try to get the orders out on time. It’s simple, honest manufacturing work. We don’t have fancy air conditioning in the main area, just big fans. It gets the job done. We just focus on the wire.
