Dhruva Transformers is located in Alwar, Rajasthan, right at C-14 in Ashok Vihar, which is part of the Karamchari Colony. We work with transformers, and that is heavy, technical work that requires a lot of focus. It is definitely not the sort of job where you can expect to stay clean all day. There is almost always some oil, various metal parts, and heavy tools scattered across our work area. Our main goal is to make sure these machines are repaired or built correctly so they do not break down when people are counting on them for power. The area here in Bhiwadi has a strong industrial feel, even if our specific spot is located within a colony. We have a few guys on the team who have been handling electrical components and heavy wiring for a long time. They have a real feel for the machinery and can usually tell if something is wrong just by listening to it run. We do not have a fancy boardroom for meetings; we usually just talk to our customers right there on the shop floor next to the equipment. It gets incredibly hot here in India during the summer months, but we just keep the doors open and keep working. We don't go for corporate talk or trying to sell ourselves with big words.
