Dariba Smelter Complex

We are located out in Alwar, specifically behind the 3 CH 1 area. This is where the Dariba Smelter Complex is. It’s a bit of a different world out here compared to the big cities. The site is quite large and we are right in the thick of the industrial operations. Rajasthan can get incredibly hot, so the work is often physically demanding, even for those of us who spend time in the office parts of the complex. There’s always dust and the sound of machinery in the background. It’s not a quiet place by any means. We are focused on the smelting side of things, which is a lot of heavy work and managing the day-to-day operations of the plant. People who work here mostly live nearby, so it’s a tight-knit kind of environment. We don’t really have any fancy brochures about ourselves. If you came to visit, you’d see a lot of people in work gear and a lot of activity near the furnaces. We just focus on the output and making sure the process runs as smooth as it can. There are often challenges with the heat or the equipment, but we deal with them as they come. It’s a very practical, hands-on kind of job. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished offices. We just do the work that needs to be done out here in Alwar.
