We are located out in Neemrana, specifically in the RIICO New Industrial Complex at Majrakath. Our site covers quite a few plots, from Sp2-12 to Sp2-15 and then Sp2-24 to Sp27. It’s a big area, and honestly, walking from one end to the other can take a while if you’re not in a hurry. Being in an industrial complex like this means things are very structured, but inside the walls, it’s just a lot of people doing their jobs. We’ve got the assembly lines and the storage areas, and it can get pretty loud when everything is running at once. Neemrana can be a bit dry and dusty, but we’ve gotten used to the landscape out here. It’s different from being in a city office. Here, you see the trucks coming in with raw materials and leaving with finished units every day. We don't really have a lot of fancy decorations in the staff areas. It’s all very practical and built for purpose. We focus on the machines and making sure the shifts run on time. It’s a long day for most of us, but there’s a sense of getting things done properly. We aren’t really into big speeches or corporate slogans. We just stay busy in our corner of the RIICO complex, making sure the units are boxed up and ready to go. It’s just how we operate out here in Rajasthan.
