Crown Industry

Crown Industry is set up at Plot No- E-6 in the Riico Industrial Area in Bhiwadi. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it’s all about the factories and the trucks moving in and out. Our plot is just one of many, but we’ve made it our own over the years. The air is always a bit dusty here and the sun can be quite harsh on the tin roofs. We spend most of our time out on the floor, making sure the machines are running and the production stays on track. It’s a practical environment. There’s no air conditioning in the main work area, so we rely on big fans and open doors to keep the air moving. We eat our lunch together in a small corner of the shop, usually talking about the work or the heat. The Riico area is a tough place to work sometimes, but it’s where things get made. We don't have a polished showroom to show off. Most of what we have is raw materials and finished goods waiting to be loaded onto a truck. The guys here have been working these machines for a long time, so they know the sounds of everything. It’s about the work itself and getting the items out the door. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand at Plot E-6. No fancy words are needed when the machines are doing the talking.
