City Hospital

You can find City Hospital right off NH-8, near the Eemrana Mode in Neemrana. Being so close to the highway means we get a lot of dust, so we are constantly dusting the front counter and the chairs. The location near Eemrana Mode is handy for people traveling through, though it can be a bit tricky to find the turn-off if you aren't looking closely. The building is a simple one-story structure with plenty of windows that look out toward the road. We see a lot of different people here, from locals to those who are just passing by on their way somewhere else. The staff here is mostly local, so we all know the shortcuts to avoid the NH-8 traffic when we go home. Inside, it’s pretty straightforward with a few exam rooms and a small area for waiting. We have an old radio in the corner that we play at a low volume just to have some background noise. The records are kept in a back room that’s always a bit cooler than the rest of the building. We don’t have a big cafeteria or anything, just a kettle for making tea and a small fridge for our lunch boxes. It’s a quiet life out here for the most part, except for the sound of the big trucks rolling past on the highway. We just focus on the work in front of us.
