Mallikarjuna Milk Products

This shop is located in Bhudevi Nagar, right over at Alwal. The house number is 25-1/17 if you're looking for it. We handle milk and other dairy items every day. It starts early in the morning here. Usually, the truck comes in before the sun is even up. We have to get everything ready for the people who come by before work. It’s a busy routine. We’ve been in this neighborhood for some time now. People know us for being there consistently. It’s not a fancy factory, just a place where we keep things clean and moving. Sometimes the fridge acts up or we run out of something, but we try to keep it stocked. It’s mostly family and a couple of helpers running the place. We don't spend money on big ads. Most folks just walk over from the nearby houses. The floor gets a bit wet sometimes from the crates, but that’s just how it is with milk products. We have some regular customers who have been coming for years. They know our names and we know theirs. It's a simple business. We just make sure the milk is ready when the doors open. Sometimes we have curd or other things too if the supply is good. It's a small space but it serves the area well enough. We keep the accounts in a simple notebook and try to keep things honest for everyone who visits.
