Finding us can be a little tricky the first time. We are tucked away in room 5/B on the first floor of the Manjushree building. It’s on 2nd Cross, just off Sri Mvc Hanumathaiah Road in the Nrupathunga Extension area. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a quiet enough spot once you get here. Grapplers India started out small and we’ve stayed that way, mostly because we like knowing exactly what’s going on with every project. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. Most of our days are spent at these old wooden desks, working through the technical stuff. The light in the office is okay in the mornings, but it gets a bit dim in the afternoons. We probably should fix that one flickering bulb near the entrance, but we keep forgetting. It’s just a normal workplace with people who have worked together for a long time. We know each other’s families and what everyone likes for lunch. Sometimes we get deliveries that are hard to move up to the first floor, but we manage. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels a bit more relaxed than being in the middle of a commercial district. We do our work, chat with the neighbors occasionally, and head home when the sun goes down. There isn't much more to it than that. We just focus on what we’re doing and try to keep things organized in our own way.
