Ayurveda Panchakarma Equipments

Our workshop is located out in Poickattussery, which is part of the Chengamanad area in Ernakulam district. We are right by the Nedumbassery side of things. We spend our days making the various tools and tables used for Panchakarma treatments. It’s dusty work most of the time. There is always the sound of sawing or sanding coming from the back rooms. This all started because there was a need for solid, dependable equipment that doesn't fall apart after a few months of use. Most of the stuff we make is heavy and built to last. A big fancy showroom isn't part of the setup here. People usually find us at the Velichappat address and see the work being done right there on the floor. It’s a small team of us. Handling the wood, the metal parts, and the assembly ourselves takes up most of the week. Sometimes the weather in Ernakulam makes the wood take longer to dry, which can be a bit of a headache for our schedule. Finishing the orders and sending them out to the clinics that need them is the main goal. It’s honest labor. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just the one that makes things that actually work for the therapists. The floor is usually covered in wood shavings, but that's just part of the process. A pot of tea usually stays going for the breaks. It helps pass the time when the humidity is high.
