Argon Impex

Argon Impex is based up on the second floor of the Royal Plaza building. We are located on Bridge Road in the Ernakulam district. The exact unit is Xix-115(14). Being on the second floor means we don't have a big storefront on the street but we manage just fine. We do a lot of importing and exporting work from this office. It is not as loud as a factory but it gets busy in its own way with all the calls and documents. There are a few of us working here and we spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers. The Bridge Road area is usually quite crowded so getting to the office can take a bit of time in the mornings. We have a small space with some desks and files everywhere. It is not very fancy but it is functional for what we need to do. We handle a lot of logistics and making sure things get from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes there are delays with shipments which can be stressful but we just keep at it. We try to be honest with people about how long things will take. We've been in Ernakulam for a while now and know the local market pretty well. It's a lot of coordination and keeping track of details. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a lot of paperwork but we don’t mind it much.
