Aradhana Traders

I’m with Aradhana Traders. We are located in Booka Village, which is part of the Honennahally Post area. This is in the Chanarayapattna Taluka within the Hassan District. My name is Chunchegowda’s son, and I help run things here. We are a trading business, mostly dealing with what the local farmers grow. It’s a small setup right in the village. We don’t have a big store or anything like that. It’s mostly a place for people to bring their produce and for us to figure out where it needs to go next. Living in Hassan, we see a lot of different crops depending on the rain. Some years are better than others. We know everyone in the village, so business is very personal for us. It’s not about contracts and lawyers. It’s about a handshake and knowing who you’re talking to. We’ve been at this for quite a while now. The work can be physically demanding, especially when we’re moving bags around or loading up a cart. We don’t mind. It keeps us busy. We don't have a website or a fancy logo. If you need us, you just come to Booka Village and ask for Aradhana Traders. Someone will point you to our door. We just try to be fair and keep things moving. That’s the way life goes in the taluka. It’s simple and honest work for us.
