If you walk down Kassera Line in Ramnagar, you'll find us near Saraffa Chowk. It’s a crowded part of town, but it’s where all the action is. We go by Uttrakhand Travel Agent. It isn’t a very creative name, but it tells people exactly what we do. We spend our mornings checking the local routes and making sure the cars are in decent shape for the long drives. Being in Nainital district, we get all sorts of people stopping by, some locals going to the city and some visitors looking for the park. The shop is small and sometimes the noise from the market makes it hard to hear the phone, but we like being in the middle of everything. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us handling the bookings and talking to the drivers. Sometimes things go a bit slow when the weather turns bad, but that’s just how it is in the hills. We've been at this for a while now. We know the shortcuts and which roads to avoid during the peak season when everything gets jammed up. If you're looking for a fancy lounge, you won't find it here. We just have a few chairs and some maps on the wall. We focus on getting people from one place to another without too much fuss. Just a basic setup for local travel needs in the Ramnagar area.
