Sunita Lakshya Hotels and Construction LLP is based in Almora. You can find us near the KMOU bus station on Mall Road, specifically inside the Sun City Center. It’s a busy part of town with people coming and going from the buses all day. We've got our hands in both the hotel world and construction work. That keeps us quite busy because the two things are very different. One day we are dealing with guest rooms and the next we are looking at building materials. Jagdish Lal Verma’s family helps run things around here. Being in the 263601 area of Uttarakhand means we deal with the hills and the weather that comes with them. It’s not always easy getting things delivered, but we’ve been here long enough to figure it out. Our office isn't very large or fancy, it's just a place to get the paperwork done and meet with workers. We don't really do any big advertising or anything like that. Most folks find us through local connections or just by walking past the Sun City Center. We keep things pretty simple and just try to get the jobs done as they come in. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with blueprints and hotel registers, but that’s just how it is when you’re actually working. We just do our bit in Almora and keep the doors open for whatever work comes next.
