Our workshop is in Ram Nagar, specifically in the Rphaka area. We are part of the Shahi family setup, with Dhruwa Deo Shahi and Jagarnat Shahi being the ones behind the name. We deal with all sorts of food and beverage items here. It is a practical space, not a showroom. We have stacks of crates and bottles everywhere you look. Ram Nagar is a good place to be, but the heat in the summer can be a bit much for the beverages. We have to be careful about storage. We aren't fancy people. We wear our work clothes and get our hands dirty every day. There is no big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, see what orders need to be filled, and get to it. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat while we are loading the trucks. It's a friendly enough place. We've been doing this for a while now, so we have a rhythm to how things work. The building itself is old, but it keeps the sun out. We don't spend money on advertising or big signs. Most people find us because they know the family or they've heard we have what they need. It is a straightforward way to run things, and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening.
