Our place is at H.No. 570 in Attersuiya, which is part of Allahabad. It’s an old house that we’ve converted into an office for Simplex Infrastructures Ltd. Being in a place like Attersuiya means we are surrounded by history and narrow streets. It’s not like those modern office parks you see in big cities. Our rooms have high ceilings and thick walls, which helps keep things a bit cooler during the hot summers in 211003. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just what we need to get the job done—some computers, a printer that sometimes jams, and plenty of desks. Most of our day involves talking to people on the phone and trying to solve problems that pop up on our project sites. It’s practical work, and it can be quite tiring. We don't have a big corporate structure here; everyone just pitches in where they can. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped with all the maps and documents we have lying around, but we are used to it. We aren't interested in looking like a big, shiny company. We just want to do our part in building things and making sure they stay built. If you visit, you’ll find a group of people who are just trying to do their best every day. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of environment. We focus on the work, and everything else comes second. That’s really all there is to it when you boil it down.
