Shikhar Foods is based at House No:-28B/100E in Allahpur. We are right by Neta Chouraha, which is a place most locals pass through every day. Our setup is basically part of the house, so it feels very personal and local. We don't have a big factory or a warehouse; it is just our space where we handle the food business. Being near the chouraha means we are right in the middle of the neighborhood action. You can hear the traffic and the people talking outside most of the time. We have been here for a while and the neighbors know us well. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. It is just food and we try to make it the way it should be made. Some days are busier than others and the kitchen area can get pretty hectic. We don't have a staff of dozens, just a few of us making sure everything is taken care of. It is a simple life but we like it. We aren't looking to become some giant company. We just want to keep working from our house in Allahpur and serving the people who know us.
