Shaili General Store

Shaili General Store is located right on Phulwariya Road. We are on the Kachchi Sadak in the Daraganj area. It's a busy little spot and we have been here for quite some time now. We keep the usual things people need for their homes on a daily basis. If you live around Daraganj, you probably know where the unpaved road is. That's exactly where we are. It’s a family-run kind of place. Nothing fancy about the shelves or the sign outside. We just open up early and stay late most days because that is when people need us. The road can get a bit dusty since it’s Kachchi Sadak, but that’s just how life is in this part of town. People come in for small things, maybe some soap or some snacks for the kids. We know most of the faces that walk through the door every day. It’s nice having a shop in a place like this because you get to talk to everyone and hear the local news. We don’t have a website or anything like that. If you need something, you just walk in and ask me. Sometimes we have what you want, sometimes we don’t, but we usually try to help out however we can. Daraganj is an old place with lots of history, and we are just one small part of it on Phulwariya Road. The shop keeps us busy from morning till night. Word of mouth works well enough around here for us. It’s just a basic store for the neighbors.
