Our place is on Bai Ka Bag Road, right opposite Payal Cinema. It’s a landmark everyone knows, so people don’t usually get lost finding us. We handle both buses and cars, which keeps us pretty busy most mornings. The 119/8 address has been our home base for a while. Usually, the street out front is packed with people going to the movies or just passing through Bal Ki Bagh. We’ve got a small office where we keep the registers and the keys. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or anything. It's just a room with some old calendars on the wall. We spend a lot of time talking to the bus drivers about their routes and fuel prices. Sometimes the buses need repairs, so there's always a bit of grease and talk about engines around here. We’re just regular people trying to run a transport business in Allahabad. It gets loud when the cinema crowd comes out, but we’re used to it. We don't really have a marketing team. Most people know us because they live nearby or their uncle used us once. We drink chai, answer the phone, and try to make sure the vehicles are ready on time. It’s a lot of coordination. If you’re near the cinema, you’ll see our vehicles parked up. We’ve been doing this since the roads were much quieter. It's just hard work and keeping the schedules straight every single day.
