Nicolai Retail Pvt. Ltd. is basically our office and a small warehouse over at No. 1010/8m in Rajrooppur. It’s not a traditional shop where you’d walk in and browse shelves. We handle different retail items and manage the distribution from this specific spot. Rajrooppur is a place where things are always moving, and we are right in the thick of it most days. The building itself isn't very new, so we have to deal with the occasional leak or a creaky door, but it serves its purpose for us. We have a small team here, just a few people handling the inventory and the paperwork. The shelves stay full of boxes, and sometimes we have to move things around just to get from one side of the room to the other. It gets a bit disorganized at times, especially when a new shipment arrives and we haven't found a permanent spot for everything yet. We spend a lot of our time on the computer or checking things against our clipboards. There isn't any fancy decor or a big sign outside to attract attention. We just do our work and keep things moving. Most of the people we deal with are other businesses or regular suppliers who already know where we are. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra costs of a high-street location. We just keep our heads down and make sure the retail side stays on track.
