Vindhya Traders

If you go down to Nigam Chowraha, you’ll find our place easily. Vindhya Traders is located at number 440/330 in Naya Mamford Gauj. It’s a very busy spot with lots of traffic and people constantly moving about. We trade in all sorts of general supplies and materials. It’s a basic operation we’ve got going here. We have a front desk for paperwork and a storage area behind it that always seems to be full of stuff. Sometimes it is honestly hard to walk through the aisles because of the new stock that just arrived. We don’t spend any money on decorating the place or making it look nice. It’s just plain walls, sturdy shelves, and an old ceiling fan that makes a bit of a clicking noise. We deal with various vendors and local buyers every day. Most of my day is spent on the telephone or writing out receipts by hand in our ledger books. We like this location because almost everyone in the neighborhood passes by here at some point. The tea stall next door is where we usually take our breaks when we have a free minute. Dealing with trade means you have to be ready for anything. Some days we get a massive shipment of goods and everyone has to jump in to help unload the truck before it blocks the road. Other days it’s quiet and we just sit and wait. We’ve seen Naya Mamford Gauj change a bit, but we’re still here.
