Metro Fire Solution

Our office is right at No. 12/4 Kamla Nehru Road, near the Fire Brigade Chauraha in Civil Lines. It's a very busy intersection, so there's always a lot of noise from the traffic and horns outside. We called ourselves Metro Fire Solution because that’s exactly what we handle—all sorts of fire safety stuff. We spend a lot of time checking extinguishers and talking to building owners about their pipes and alarms. The shop isn't very big, but it’s packed from floor to ceiling with equipment. Sometimes it's hard to find a place to sit because of all the red canisters waiting to be serviced or refilled. We don’t have a fancy reception area with a sofa. Usually, you’ll just see one of us at the main desk or out the back working on a pump. People around Civil Lines know us well enough by now. We get calls at odd hours sometimes when someone’s alarm starts acting up or they have a leak. It's a lot of manual work, getting our hands dirty with refills and inspections. We try to keep things simple and honest. We don't have a big corporate manual or complicated policies. If a customer has a problem, we just head over and look at it ourselves. The tea guy across the street knows our order by heart and brings it over twice a day. It’s a local business through and through. We focus on the equipment and making sure it actually works when it’s supposed to.
