Larsen & Toubro Limited

Our place is in Baba Market, over in Benigang. Specifically, we are at 61/8/2, which is part of Mrs. Reetadevikushwaha’s property. It is a lively market area in Allahabad. You can hear the sounds of the street all day long, people shouting and bikes zooming past. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some chairs and a big table where we sit and go over everything. Being in a market like this means there is always something happening right outside the door. It is not a shiny corporate tower, just a functional space where we handle the business. We get our supplies from the shops nearby. Most people in the area know us by now. It is easy to find once you get into Benigang. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or use the backup. Working at Larsen & Toubro Limited from this specific spot feels very connected to the local town. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and necessary charts. It gets a bit dusty because of all the construction and traffic nearby, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the desks. It is a straightforward setup. We come in, do what we need to do for the day, and head home. It feels more like being part of the neighborhood than a big company. We just keep to our own space and get the work finished on time.
