We are over here in Allahabad, specifically in the 211002 pin code area. Most people around here know about lifts and how important they are for the buildings going up in U.P. It gets pretty hot in the summer, so nobody wants to take the stairs if they can help it. We spend our days dealing with the technical side of elevators. It’s a lot of maintenance and checking parts to make sure things move right. Our office isn’t anything fancy. It’s just where we coordinate who is going where for the day. Sometimes the traffic in Allahabad makes it hard to get across town quickly, especially near the Sangam when there is a festival, but we manage. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. People stop by when they have questions about their building setups. We try to keep it simple and just do the work that’s needed. It is a steady job. Some of us have lived in U.P. our whole lives, so we know how things work locally. There is always some construction happening nearby. Lifts are just one part of the puzzle when you’re putting a building together. We just focus on that one part and try not to overcomplicate things. It’s mostly about keeping the gears greased and the buttons working like they should. Nothing more to it than that. We just come in, do the job, and go home.
