Kajal Travels & Tours

We are over in Bairhana, tucked away near Nirankari Bhawan and the Crosswet Public School. If you know where Laalu Ji Tent House is, we are right opposite that. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s not as chaotic as the station side, but it still gets lively. We’ve been running Kajal Travels for a while now. The office is just a simple setup where we handle tour bookings and car rentals. We get a lot of local families coming in, especially during wedding season because the tent house is right there. It makes sense, I guess. We have a few desks and some maps pinned up, though everyone uses their phones for directions these days. The school nearby means it gets busy when the kids get out. We just sit here, take calls, and organize the drivers. We don’t have a big corporate story. It’s just a family-run thing. Sometimes the tea guy forgets our order, or the power goes out, and we just sit outside on the steps for a bit. We know most of the neighbors around here. It’s a friendly spot. We don’t try to be something we aren't. We just provide rides for people who need them, whether it’s for a quick trip or a longer tour. The cars are parked nearby, and we try to keep them running well. That's about it. Just a normal day in Bairhana.
