We're based out of Allahabad, specifically over in Gtb Nagar, Kareli. Our address is D-62. It’s a pretty standard setup here. We do consulting work, which basically means we talk to a lot of people and try to help them find jobs or help companies find the right staff. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone. The office is in a residential-feeling area, so it’s not too loud during the day. We’ve got a couple of rooms where we do interviews. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of living in U.P., so we have a backup generator that makes a lot of noise. We’ve been at this for a few years now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We mostly focus on the recruitment side of things. It can be frustrating when candidates don't show up, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone who walks through the door. There’s no point in making things sound more complicated than they are. We’re just regular people trying to help other folks get where they’re going. It's a small team, and we all know each other's habits by now. Sometimes we order in lunch when it's too hot to go out, and we just sit around talking about the things we need to get done before the week ends.
