Harcourt Chemicals Corporation

Our office is at 54/50, Talab Nawal Rai in Bairhana. It’s an old part of town, and the streets can be a bit narrow for some of the delivery vehicles. Harcourt Chemicals has been around for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The pond nearby, Talab Nawal Rai, is a landmark everyone knows, so it’s easy to tell people where we are. We work out of a building that’s been in the family for ages. It’s not some glass-and-steel office; it’s a place with character and a bit of dust in the corners. We handle various chemical products, mostly for local businesses and small factories around the area. Some days are slow, just filling out ledgers and talking to the neighbors. Other days, we have stuff stacked up to the ceiling and everyone is rushing around. We don't use any high-tech systems for our inventory, just a good memory and a lot of notebooks. The heat in Bairhana can be tough in May, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there. We just want to do right by the people who buy from us. It’s a quiet life for the most part, focusing on the basics and making sure the containers are sealed tight.
