Gian Ganga

Gian Ganga is located at Gian Ganga Bhawan on Band Road in Allen Ganj. We are right opposite the University Library, which is a big landmark that helps everyone find us. Being so close to the university means there are always students walking past our door and a lot of energy in the air. The building is our own space and it has been around for a long time. It feels like a traditional Allahabad house that was slowly turned into a place for learning. The rooms are quite large with high ceilings, which really helps during the hot summers when the fans are spinning. We have some bookshelves, some old tables, and chairs scattered around the different rooms. It isn't a very formal or stiff place. You might see some stacks of papers on the floor or a half-finished cup of tea sitting on a desk. We just focus on getting the work done. The road outside can get a bit muddy during the rainy season, but people still make their way here somehow. We don't have any fancy marketing people or a big team handling our image. It’s just us running the place day by day. We know the regular students by name and they know us too. It’s a very local, neighborhood vibe. We keep the doors open and try to make sure there is enough space for everyone who comes in to study. It is just a plain, hardworking spot in a quiet part of Allen Ganj.
