Scientific Instrument & Chemical Company is based at No. 52-A/8-A in Abbas Colony. We deal with a lot of glass tubes, beakers, and various chemicals. It’s a quiet area mostly. The lab equipment we have takes up a lot of room. We supply to schools and some small labs around the area. It’s a bit of a niche business. We have to be careful with the glass. Breaking things is just part of the job sometimes, unfortunately. We stock things that are hard to find in regular stores. Most people call us first to see if we have what they need in the warehouse. We don't have a big showroom. It’s more of a place where we keep everything stacked up. My brother helps with the deliveries. We use a small van for that. Abbas Colony is easy to find once you get off the main road. We’ve been here since the nineties. Things move slower here than in the big city center. We don't use much technology for the business, just some ledgers and a phone. We know our products well though. If you ask for a specific chemical, we probably have it in the back. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a steady life for us. We just try to get the orders right for the local schools.
