Our office is at the Herbalage Centre on Nk Mukharji Road. We are right near Rani Rewati Devi School, which means it gets pretty loud when the kids are heading home in the afternoon. Herbalage Network Research Pvt. Ltd. has been based here for a while. The building isn't the newest, but it serves us well for what we do. Inside, there are a lot of files and desks pushed together. We spend a lot of time looking at papers and talking on the phones. It's not a high-tech corporate hub, just a place where a few of us work together. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the window, so we have to move the chairs around. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture because it doesn't really matter for the work. Most of our day is spent coordinating things and keeping track of our research. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main road, except for the school bells. We take our lunch breaks together and usually talk about things other than work. It feels more like a small family than a company most of the time. We don't have a big PR team writing stuff for us. We just handle the business the way we've always done it, without much fuss or complicated rules.
