Captain Travels

You can find us at Hanumaan Mandir Chauraha in Allahabad City. We are right across from Tikona Park, which is a nice little landmark to have. The crossroads can be a bit of a mess with traffic, but it’s a good central spot. We’ve been here at Captain Travels for quite some time. The office is small and usually smells like incense because of the temple nearby. We don’t have any fancy air conditioning, just a couple of good ceiling fans that do the job. Most of our day is spent talking to people who walk in from the park or the temple area. We handle car bookings mostly. It’s a lot of paperwork, checking licenses, and making sure the drivers know where they are going. We aren’t a big company with a hundred employees. It’s just a few of us. We have a bench outside where we sit when it’s not too dusty. We know the local shortcuts and which roads to avoid during the festivals. People come to us because they know where we are and we've been here forever. We don't do big ads or anything. We just focus on getting the work done. The park across the street is a good place to wait if we’re still getting a car ready or if a driver is running late. It’s a straightforward life here. We just keep the cars moving and the logs updated every day.
