Allahabad Travels

We are located right on Nirula Road, very close to the railway station. Being near the station means it's always noisy and crowded, but that’s just how Allahabad City is. We’ve been at this spot for a long time now. People usually find us when they get off the train and need a way to get around the city or go further out. The office is small. There’s a wooden desk and a few chairs that have seen better days. It gets dusty because of all the construction nearby, but we wipe things down every morning. Usually, it's just one or two of us here handling the phones. We talk to drivers, fix schedules, and hope the traffic isn't too bad on the main road. Sometimes customers come in looking frustrated because their train was late, so we just give them a seat and some water. We don't do anything fancy. It’s just about getting cars from point A to point B. The area around Nirula Road has everything you need, so we usually grab lunch from the stalls nearby. My brother started this years ago. We know the roads around here like the back of our hands. It's simple work. We don't have big brochures or sales talk. You just tell us where you're going and we see if a car is free. That’s it. We stay open late because the trains don't stop for anyone. It's a busy life.
