Sun Plant Agro Limited is out at Plot No 5-112 in Padakandla, which is part of the Allagadda region. It is a very rural area, surrounded by fields and open land. This is perfect for an agro business because we are right where the farming happens. The plot is quite large and we have plenty of space to keep our equipment and supplies. Allagadda is a quiet town, but it gets very busy during the sowing and harvesting seasons when everyone is out in the fields. We spend our days either in the small office on the plot or out in the sun checking on things. The heat in this part of the country can be really intense, so we usually start our work very early in the morning to avoid the midday sun. Our setup is very basic and functional. We do not have any corporate polish or fancy meeting rooms. It is just a place where work gets done and we talk to the local farmers who come by. We have a good relationship with the people in Padakandla and they know they can find us at Plot 5-112 if they need anything. It is a simple life that is tied to the land and the weather. We just keep our heads down and focus on the agricultural work that needs to be finished each day.
