Trader

Up here in Birpara, our business, known simply as Trader, is right on Cinema Hall Road. If you are from the Jalpaiguri district or the Madarihat block, you probably know the area well. The exact location is Post-Birpara, West Bengal, and our pin code is 735204. Our shop is a basic, no-frills setup where we handle various trading goods. It is a bit dusty because of the trucks that pass by on the main road, but that is just how it is in this part of the state. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team telling us what to say. It is just a few of us working behind the counter and in the small storage area at the back. The building itself has seen better days, but it serves its purpose. During the rainy season, we have to be careful with the roof, but we manage. We open early and usually stay until the sun goes down. Most of our customers are locals who stop by to see what we have in stock or to talk about prices. We don't use any complicated business strategies. We just buy and sell things that people need. It is a practical life, and we are fine with that. Working in a small town like this means you know everyone's name, which makes the day go by a bit faster. We just do our work and go home.
