Instadoctor Private Limited is located out in Madarihat, in the Alipurduar area. We are set up care of Biren Saha. It’s a very different environment compared to the city. Everything here is a bit slower and more personal. We’ve been running this medical service for some time now, focusing on the needs of people in our local community. The office is small and simple. We don’t have a lot of furniture, just the essentials like desks, chairs, and our medical kits. We spend our days meeting with folks from the village. Sometimes we have to travel a bit to reach people, but mostly they come to see us at the office. We don't have any big signs or fancy lighting. It’s just a plain room where we do our work. We keep our records in notebooks and on a small computer. It’s a quiet place to work, especially in the evenings when the village settles down. We’ve lived here a long time, so we know just about everyone who stops by. We don't bother with marketing or anything like that. People just know where we are. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours. We’re just trying to provide a basic service to the people around here in Madarihat. The walk to the office is nice when the weather is good, and we usually have the windows open to let the breeze in while we sort through the daily files.
