Our place is in Ward No-2, right near Mal Bazar. It's a quiet enough area compared to the big cities, but things pick up when the market is active. We are located near the post NPS, which makes it easier for people to find us since the roads around here aren't always marked very well. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us live nearby and walk or bike to work. Dealing with tea in this part of the country is just part of life. We spend a lot of time checking the bags and making sure the transport is on time. Sometimes the rain slows everything down, especially during the monsoon months when the roads get muddy. You have to be patient when you work out here. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It's more of a functional space where we get the work done. We see the same faces every day, and we like it that way. If someone needs a batch of tea, they just come by and talk to us directly. It's straightforward. No need for lots of emails or long meetings. We just get on with the business of moving tea from one place to another. It’s simple work, and it keeps us occupied from morning until the sun goes down. We just focus on what is in front of us and try to stay organized.
