Waterloo Products Co.

Our place is at 15A/16, Damoder Park, right across from the Telephone Exchange on G. T. Road in Shahdara. Being on G. T. Road means it’s always incredibly busy outside with trucks and rickshaws going past. The building for Waterloo Products Co. is easy to find because of the landmark, but the inside is just a regular factory setup. We make various products here, so there is always the sound of machinery and packing tape. The space is divided into a production area and a small corner for the office. We have piles of raw materials on one side and finished boxes on the other. It gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of orders to finish. The office is just a desk with a phone and some old notebooks. We don't use much fancy technology; we prefer writing things down on paper to keep track of everything. The staff has been around for a long time, so everyone knows exactly what to do without being told. We don't have a formal mission statement or anything like that. We just show up, do the manufacturing, and make sure the products are ready for the trucks. It’s a dusty, noisy place, but it’s where we’ve worked for years. We often grab tea from the stall nearby and watch the traffic while we take a break. It’s just a normal, hardworking business in the heart of Shahdara where we do our thing.
