Vastukala

Our office, Vastukala, is located in Orai City. Orai is a place where things move at a bit of a slower pace compared to the big metros, and we like it that way. We are right in the main city area. Our work is a mix of traditional planning and modern design ideas. The office itself is quite modest. We have some tables, a few computers, and a lot of printed floor plans scattered around. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you’ll likely find us drinking tea and looking at a site map. We spend a good amount of time talking to local homeowners about what they want to do with their space. In Orai, the plots can be small and narrow, so we have to be clever about how we use the space. It’s a lot of trial and error on the drawing board. We also spend time visiting construction sites to make sure the builders are following the plans we gave them. It can be a bit messy and dusty, but that’s just how it is. We aren't into big advertising or trying to look corporate. We just do our work for the people in the city and rely on word of mouth. It’s a small, honest business that focuses on getting the houses built correctly.
