Our office is called Manzil, and it’s located near the railway crossing in Bhamola, Aligarh. Being near the crossing means we hear the trains quite often, which is just part of the background noise for us now. Aligarh is a place with a lot of character, and Bhamola has its own vibe too. The office is a straightforward place. We don’t have any shiny signs or big glass windows. It’s just a solid building where we can get our work done without being disturbed too much. We aren't trying to be the most famous business in Uttar Pradesh. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families at the end of the day. The tea guy nearby knows our order by heart, and that’s the kind of local connection we like. We don’t use a lot of corporate jargon or talk about things we don’t understand. We just know the tasks at hand and we handle them. Some days are busier than others, especially when the trains are running late and the traffic piles up at the crossing. But we just stay inside and keep working. It’s a modest setup, but it works for us. We’ve been here for a while and we plan to stay. Just a regular office near the tracks. Sometimes the light in the hallway flickers, but we just ignore it and keep moving forward with the work.
