Tams Studies

Tams Studies is tucked away in the Vaishno Compound on Samad Road, right at Centre Point in Aligarh. We are located directly below the Allahabad Bank. It’s a very central spot, which is great for the kids coming from different parts of town, even though the traffic at Centre Point can be a real headache. We’ve been in this basement-style space for quite a few years now. It’s not the most glamorous location, but it stays relatively cool even when the Aligarh heat is at its worst. We have a few different rooms separated by thin partitions. You can often hear the murmur of a class going on next door. We focus on various subjects, mostly helping students who are preparing for their board exams or just need a little extra push with their daily lessons. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. Most of our students come because their cousins or friends came here before them. It’s a very word-of-mouth kind of place. We spend a lot of time here, often staying late into the evening. The furniture is a bit old and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the teaching is what matters. We try to keep things straightforward and down-to-earth. It’s just a local spot for local students to get some work done in a city that takes its studies very seriously.
