You can find our clinic in Dore Nagar, very close to the Dharamshala. It’s a landmark that everyone knows, so it makes giving directions pretty easy. We’ve been at this location for a good number of years. The clinic is on the ground floor, so it’s easy for older folks to get in and out without having to deal with stairs. It’s a fairly modest space with just the basic things we need to do our work. We have some plastic chairs in the waiting area that are easy to wipe down. The walls are a bit plain, maybe a little scuffed here and there from people leaning against them over the years. We don't have a fancy receptionist or a big glass window at the front. Usually, someone just pops their head out to see who is next. Most of the people we see live right here in Dore Nagar. It’s a tight-knit community, and we see the same families year after year. We don't do any big marketing or put up posters around town. Word of mouth is really all we need. People know where we are and what we do. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed and friendly, like you’re just visiting a neighbor. It’s a simple way of running a clinic, but it suits us and it suits the people who live around here. We just focus on the daily tasks and helping people out.
