Manor Locks Hardware

The shop is located over at 71/72 A.D.A. Colony in Shahjamal. If you walk inside Manor Locks Hardware, the first thing you notice is probably the smell of metal and maybe some oil. We have shelves that go all the way to the ceiling, mostly filled with boxes of different locks and small hardware bits that people need for their houses. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when more than two people are inside. We spend a lot of time looking for specific screws or handles for folks who bring in something old they’re trying to fix. The lighting isn't the brightest, but we know where almost everything is kept. Most of our neighbors around Shahjamal come here because they don't want to drive all the way to the bigger markets. We have a small counter where we sit and talk to whoever walks in. Sometimes it’s just someone needing a spare key made, and other times it’s a bigger order for a new building nearby. It gets a bit noisy with the street traffic right outside, but we’re used to it. We just keep things moving, stocking the shelves when new boxes arrive and helping out whoever needs a lock. It’s a simple setup and it works for us. We don’t have any fancy displays or anything like that. Just the hardware and us.
